Warts / મસા Warts are human papilloma virus infection generally appearing 6 to 18 months after acquiring infection. They are infectious in nature and can infect other family members too. Mostly it occurs after beard shaving in saloons or via fomites like infected person's towel or handkerchief. Many patients are only interested in just removal of warts with only lasers without any medicine and end up with recurrence of warts again and again. We recommend 3 months course of immunomodulators along with removal with laser if required as well as avoiding infection to others.
